Emma Perry got back with her abuser just to stay on the show

The newest 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Emma Perry, is already proving she’s willing to stay on reality TV at any cost — even if it means revisiting relationships that brought her pain.

After being dumped by her Moroccan partner Ziad and left in the Sahara with only the TLC camera crew around her, Emma seemed determined not to lose her screen time. Instead of stepping back, she immediately contacted another man from Morocco — her ex‑fiancé — to rekindle things and secure her storyline through the end of the season.

But this ex, Mohamed, comes with even darker history than Ziad, and these aren’t rumors — they’re Emma’s own words. In a recent interview on *The Court Date Podcast*, Emma said Mohamed verbally and financially abused her throughout their relationship. According to her, he manipulated her emotionally to send him money every month, demanded the newest iPhone every year, and expected her to cover trips and allowances. Emma claimed she bought him a total of six iPhones during their time together. She also said he insulted her repeatedly, both in person and over the phone, especially when she didn’t do things his way. Even while she was dating Ziad, Mohamed allegedly called her just to berate her for mentioning him on the show.

Emma is not naïve — she clearly has a goal, and that goal is staying on television. But the question is whether it’s worth reopening the door to someone she describes as abusive just to secure a few more minutes of screen time. Revisiting a toxic past for the sake of a storyline might keep her on the show, but it also forces her to confront the same emotional damage she once escaped. For viewers, it raises a bigger issue: how far is too far when chasing reality‑TV fame?
