Former Love in Paradise and The Family Chantel star Scott Wern, better known to fans as “Escott,” has revealed that he is preparing for another round of plastic surgery in 2026 to address a body‑image issue he has struggled with for years.
Scott has been open about his cosmetic journey, previously undergoing lower‑eyelid laser therapy and a procedure to smooth and shorten his philtrum. Now, he has shared that he has been dealing with gynecomastia — a benign enlargement of male breast tissue — which he says developed after years of using anabolic steroids. These substances are known to cause hormonal imbalances that can lead to this condition, and Scott has been candid about how much it has affected his confidence.
During a recent consultation at the Solomon Cosmetic Center, Scott met with a specialist who outlined a detailed surgical plan to correct the issue. According to an Instagram reel posted by Scott, the recommended procedure includes liposuction of the chest area, removal of excess tissue, and repositioning of the nipples for a more natural contour. In addition to the chest surgery, he is also planning a waist liposuction to further refine his physique. All procedures will be performed by Dr. George Solomon, a board‑certified plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience. Scott praised the clinic for helping him understand the process and giving him hope that he can finally resolve a problem that has bothered him for decades.
