Jasmine Pineda Gets Shunned by Matt's Family After the Tell All, Then Decides to End Her Relationship With Him

 Jasmine Pineda and Matthew Branistareanu’s relationship has officially come to an end, despite their efforts to make it work for the sake of their daughter, baby Matilda.


The couple’s struggles stemmed from Jasmine’s emotional baggage from past relationships and her ongoing mental health challenges, which clashed with Matt’s traditional and religious family values. His family reportedly refused to accept Jasmine as a suitable partner, creating constant tension between them. Although they tried to build a future together, the relationship felt increasingly forced, leading to frequent arguments and ultimately pushing Jasmine to make the difficult decision to end things.  

In a series of Instagram stories, the Panamanian reality TV star explained that she is shifting her focus away from the drama and toward her role as a stay‑at‑home mom. Jasmine shared that she plans to post cooking videos, moments with her daughter, self‑care routines, and workout content instead of airing grievances about Matt online. She admitted that publicly complaining about him was harming her wellbeing, especially now that she is undergoing therapy. Jasmine also confessed that she and Matt want very different things in life, and his family’s refusal to accept her was the final straw that made her realize the relationship could not continue.  


Although Jasmine and Matt are no longer a couple, they have agreed to remain under the same roof as roommates with benefits and co‑parents to baby Matilda until circumstances change. Jasmine emphasized that the little energy she has left will be dedicated to bringing her sons to the United States, caring for her daughter, and prioritizing her mental health. By closing this chapter, she hopes to rebuild her life with stability and focus on her children, while leaving behind the constant conflict that defined her relationship with Matt.
