Nikki Exotika Is Set to Undergo Major Plastic Surgeries Following a Severe Bre*st Infection

In 2019, Nikki Exotika was hospitalized in New Jersey with a severe breast infection that doctors initially couldn’t diagnose.

Nicole was given IV antibiotics, but they failed to treat the infection, and she suffered a serious allergic reaction to clindamycin, which worsened her condition. The infection began eating through her bre*st tissue and skin, and shockingly, the hospital considered discharging her despite her deteriorating state. In a moment of desperation, Nikki went live on social media, crying and sharing her ordeal. Her followers, LGBTQ advocates, and fans quickly mobilized, contacting the hospital’s chief of plastics and leadership. Their efforts led to an emergency surgery where her implant was removed. During the procedure, doctors finally identified the bacteria through a culture and administered the correct antibiotics. Nikki later underwent a series of reconstructive surgeries between 2020 and 2021 to rebuild her bre*sts. She chose not to share all the details publicly, stating that her full story will be revealed in her upcoming book.

Now, Nikki is preparing for another major surgery that she says should have happened years ago. Life circumstances delayed it, but she’s now prioritizing her health and healing. The upcoming procedure will include fat grafting, a capsulectomy to remove scar tissue around her implants, and an implant exchange. To make the fat grafting possible, she needs to gain 15 pounds. This surgery is not just cosmetic—it’s essential for her physical recovery and long-term well-being. Nikki explained that this is the reason she chose not to travel to Europe this summer, opting instead to focus on her health. She reassured her followers that she plans to return to Europe next summer once she’s further along in her healing journey.

Nikki ended her post with a heartfelt message encouraging kindness and compassion. She reminded her audience that anyone can face unexpected health issues or hospitalizations, and that empathy is crucial.
