EScott applies to ICE and claims he’s got a few 90 Day Fiancé on his radar, promising to make sure they get sent back home once he gets the job

Former TLC reality TV personality Scott Wern, known online as “Escott,” recently surprised fans with a bold career pivot.

In a series of Instagram stories, Escott revealed that despite spending most of his adult life working as a respiratory therapist, he’s now pursuing a role with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). At 54, he insists it’s not too late to change paths, citing his physical fitness and past experience in law enforcement training. He shared that he completed police academy training at age 19 and holds a Florida Class D security license, which qualifies him to work as an unarmed security guard.

Escott’s announcement stirred controversy among his Instagram followers, many of whom are critical of ICE and its association with President Donald Trump. In a follow-up story, he acknowledged the backlash, stating that his decision “has angered many” and calling out critics who oppose both ICE and the “orange man.” He also reignited past drama by throwing shade at certain 90 Day Fiancé foreign cast members. Although he didn’t mention names, it was clear he was targeting Jasmine Pineda and Michael Ilesanmi—both of whom he has previously accused of scamming their American partners for green cards. He now claims they’re “on his radar.”

Interestingly, Escott isn’t the only celebrity eyeing a role at ICE. Former Superman actor Dean Cain recently made headlines by announcing his intention to join the agency. Cain, already a sworn law enforcement officer, stated in interviews that he plans to be sworn in as an ICE agent “ASAP” to support immigration enforcement efforts. With public figures like Cain and Escott stepping into this controversial arena, it seems a new wave of celebrity involvement in immigration enforcement is emerging.
