Tigerlily Wants TLC to Fire Loren and Alexei From the Show and Have Them Deplatformed Everywhere Because of Their Political Beliefs

After Statler Riley publicly urged TLC to remove Loren and Alexei Brovarnik from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise for supporting a nation accused of war crimes, fellow cast member Tigerlily Abdelfattah has now echoed and intensified that demand.

In a recent Instagram story, Tigerlily responded to a fan’s question about the controversy, expressing her firm stance that the couple should not only be removed from the show but also deplatformed entirely. Her comments come amid growing tensions within the 90 Day fandom, where cast members and viewers alike are increasingly vocal about the political implications of public figures’ stances on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Tigerlily’s perspective is deeply personal. Her husband, Adnan, is of Palestinian descent and spent much of his life in Jordan after his family fled their homeland due to ongoing violence and instability. In her Instagram story which was reposted by fan page "Therealitytvmess", Tigerlily explained that her support for Palestinian liberation is not just political—it’s rooted in her family’s lived experience. She criticized Zionism as a “racist, settler colonial ideology” and emphasized that her opposition is not to Jewish people, but to the political system that, in her view, perpetuates oppression. Her post called for accountability, arguing that public figures who support such systems should not be given platforms on mainstream television.

The post sparked a flurry of reactions online. While some fans applauded Tigerlily’s courage and agreed with her call for action, others defended Loren and Alexei, pointing to their personal experiences and the trauma of events like the October 7, 2023 H*mas attack on the Nova Music Festival in Israel. The debate has highlighted the deep divisions within the 90 Day Fiancé community, where personal narratives, political ideologies, and global conflicts are colliding in a very public way. Tigerlily’s stance, however, remains clear: silence in the face of oppression is complicity, and she believes TLC must take a stand.
