New court filing claims Michael Ilesanmi fathered a child after coming to the US

According to a new court filing reported by Starcasm.net, Angela Deem has accused her estranged husband, Michael Ilesanmi, of fathering a child with another woman after arriving in the United States.

The filing, part of Angela’s ongoing attempt to annul their marriage, alleges that Michael engaged in multiple extramarital affairs and “purportedly fathered a child by another woman” while living in the U.S. Angela’s legal team argues that Michael entered the marriage under false pretenses, with the primary goal of obtaining permanent residency in the U.S., and that his abandonment of Angela just sixty days after his arrival supports this claim.

The court documents also contain serious allegations of physical abuse. Angela claims that she was the true victim in the relationship, contradicting Michael’s previous assertions that he suffered verbal and physical abuse from her. According to the filing, Michael allegedly slapped Angela, hit her about the head and face, and grabbed her wrists with such force that it caused her skin to tear and bleed. Angela further contends that many of the abusive scenes aired on “90 Day Fiancé” were scripted by producers, suggesting that the public perception of her as the aggressor may have been manipulated for dramatic effect.

Despite these claims, Michael’s legal team has pushed back, filing a motion to dismiss the annulment and instead pursuing a divorce. They argue that Angela’s case lacks legal merit and that she had always acknowledged the validity of their marriage, both publicly and in court documents. Michael’s attorney also revealed that he had sent Angela over $200,000 between 2018 and 2023, which Angela confirmed. As the legal battle unfolds, the court will have to weigh these conflicting narratives and determine whether Angela’s claims of fraud and abuse are sufficient grounds for annulment or if the case will proceed as a standard divorce.
