Eric Rosenbrook Arrested for Domestic Abuse After Causing Facial Nerve Damage to Wife Leida, Leading to Their Baby Being Hospitalized for Trauma

 Eric Rosenbrook, known from 90 Day Fiancé Season 6, was arrested in the early hours of July 5, 2025, in Adams County, Wisconsin. 

Eric is currently in custody facing charges of domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest followed a series of disturbing Instagram stories posted by his wife, Leida Margaretha, who claimed that Eric slapped her multiple times during a confrontation. According to Leida, Eric had been drinking heavily and became aggressive after she refused to let him hold their baby due to his intoxicated state.

Leida documented the incident in real time, showing Eric allegedly passed out drunk behind the wheel of her car. She described his face as red and his demeanor as drowsy, which led her to deny him access to their child. This refusal reportedly triggered Eric’s violent outburst. Leida stated that he slapped her hard and yelled at her in front of their baby. The force of the slap was so severe that it caused facial nerve damage, leaving her in pain and visibly shaken. She emphasized that this wasn’t the first time he had been physically abusive, but in the past, she had been the one arrested. This time, she said, she had video evidence to support her claims.

Following the altercation, Leida revealed that their baby had to be checked at the hospital for trauma, though specific details about the child’s condition were not disclosed. She also claimed Eric drove off in her car while intoxicated, though no charges related to vehicle theft or DUI have been filed. Leida told police she no longer feels safe and requested that Eric only be allowed to contact her via email to ensure all communication is documented. She declared the relationship over, stating, “This time it’s over. I am done.”
