Leida gets charged with another misdemeanor not so long after getting arrested for wire fraud

 On October 2023, Leida Margaretha, a former cast member from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, was taken into custody on charges of embezzling thousands of dollars from her work. The 35-year-old was arrested in Wisconsin for theft and wire fraud. The former reality TV cast member is still being investigated in 2024, after her supervisor accused her of embezzling large sums of money through their corporate accounts. The police have warned that she may face additional charges pending the completion of the investigations.

According to Intouch Weekly magazine, Leida is facing prosecution for wire fraud, data manipulation, forgery, and theft from her former employer. Instead of keeping a low profile and working on clearing her name, Leida was stopped by the cops again and charged with speeding. The Indonesian was caught in Wisconsin exceeding the 55 mph speed limit by 15 mph. She will have to appear in court on April 16 to face the new charge.

Leida's problems with the law are not going to disappear anytime soon, because there are many victims involved. The former reality TV cast member made several thousand dollars in unauthorized business account payments and withdrawals, and the victims are taking legal action to recover the money that was unlawfully withdrawn from their accounts.

Some fans of 90 Day Fiancé may not know who Leida is, but long-time viewers of the show will remember her. After their season aired in 2018, Leida and her American husband Eric have avoided the spotlight. They seemed to have had enough of reality TV, even as the show continued to follow their journey to marriage. Leida and Eric reportedly stated in a social media video back in December 2018 that they were getting death threats from some of the show's crazy fans. For this reason, they have likely opted not to return to film for another 90-day fiance spin-off series.
