To stop false rumors from spreading, Rob revealed why he was arrested

Rob Warne from 90 day fiancé season 10 is upset that his mugshot is being spread online. The 33 year old had to address the topic, by releasing an Instagram reel, in which he tried to prove that he's not really a dangerous criminal as some 90 day fiancé fan pages are trying to portray him. Due to his NDA with TLC, Rob was ordered to delete the Video post, however, we managed to get a copy of it.

Rob Warne co-stars on 90 Day Fiancé season 10 with his 23 year old British girlfriend Sophie Sierra. The American is an aspiring model and actor from Inglewood, California, and Sophie is a "wannabe" social media influencer. The pair met on Instagram, and texted each other for months, before they decided to start a long distance relationship. Because Sophie was biracial, she was interested in dating mixed-race men. Despite coming from a rich family and knowing that Rob can never provide her with that same lifestyle, Sophie still moved to the United States to be with him, because being in Los Angeles is the dream of most social media influencers.

After seeing many 90 day fiancé fans talking smack about him on social media, Rob turned to Instagram to discuss his mugshot, which was widely circulated online, and many news websites were making a big deal out of it, and writing articles about of his arrest, when he was 17 years old.

Rob "the knob" claimed that he was in a car with a friend, who thought it would be funny to point a BB gun out of the window and shoot some little BBs into random people's apartments. Rob drove to the residential area, and his vehicle was identified, resulting in his arrest.

He got arrested and was brought to court, where he was charged with a misdemeanor. According to Rob, he has never done anything wrong, but someone chose to post his mugshot online to shame him. "I guess I should put this statement out since if I don't everyone seems to assume the worst about me," he wrote in the caption of his now deleted post. Rob said that the real ones know what's up, but his message was for anyone who has begun to believe the negative press about him. Rob believes it's crazy that people are finding and posting his mugshot online. He made fun of people who he believes have a lot of free time on their hands, and added that he is not a criminal nor has felonies in his name.
