David refuses to launch a Gofundme campaign to help Sheila

David Dangerfield from Before the 90 Days season 6 explained why he refuses to set up a GoFundMe page to assist Sheila in rebuilding her home. The 42 year old from Nebraska and the 31 year old Filipina have gone through one of the franchise's most emotional journeys especially after Sheila's mother died while they were filming for the show. Their romance began innocently enough, with the two opening up about their hearing difficulties and falling in love online. When David arrived to the Philippines, he learned that his companion resided in the slums and it was difficult for him to sleep in her wrecked home. Sheila's mother died in a deadly fall from the stairs before the American man could offer to pay for home repairs.

Some 90 day fiancé fans have a theory that the TLC filming crew is the one to blame for Sheila's mom's death, because they saw and knew that the stairs in Sheila's home were worn down and in a very bad condition and yet, they still walked on them up and down many times with their heavy weights and camera equipment. Too much movement made the wooden stairs weaker than they already were, and that's why they broke when Sheila's mom walked on them during that night. Many 90 day fiancé viewers wanted to donate or start a GoFundMe campaign to help fixing Sheila's home, while others asked the couple to sue TLC for the damage and Sheila's mom's death, and then make The Tv Network pay for fixing the whole house plus the emotional damage they caused.

David recently turned to Instagram to explain why he can only help Sheila with money and cannot start a GoFundMe campaign to fix her house. He shared a photo of himself and his partner and stated that people have requested him to start a campaign. The Ameriacn wrote as a caption that he was sorry but he can't Start a GoFundMe because he couldn't afford to pay tax or IRS related to it.

David stated that he will continue to send money to Sheila and her family and asked the fans to keep watching the show to follow his and Sheila's journey.

Season 6 of Before the 90 Days featured various couples with the same old plots. David and Sheila's storyline, on the other hand, is a breath of fresh air. The two appeared to have a genuine relationship from the start and displayed no signs of immaturity. Despite their disabilities, they did not have a significant communication gap. The majority of their concerns were genuine family troubles and unanticipated catastrophes. The 90 Day Fiancé couple should get married soon and thrive.
