The 90 Day Fiancé universe has seen several couples over the years, usually Americans dating and marrying foreigners. Unfortunately, a lot of them had a divorce, and many split, but stayed married, like Natalie and Mike. However, fans were caught off guard when they learned of a romance between Chantel Everett's younger sister Winter and Asuelu. Winter's sister Chantel and their brother Riverknight Everett were also present when the couple was photographed cuddling and nuzzling. Meanwhile, franchise couple Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya attended the party, which could imply that the group was filming for a 90 Day Fiancé spinoff show or another surprise season of The Family Chantel.
The Family Chantel alum and the Samoa native ignited romance speculations on April 22 after being spotted in the club on a wild night out in Atlanta, Georgia. While other TLC stars were present, including Winter's sister and brother, Chantel Everett and River Everett, as well as Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya, fans couldn't help but notice Asuelu and Winter sitting close to each other on many Instagram stories shared by the reality tv stars who were there.
Based on Winter's recent statement, the 28 year old probably hooked up with Asuelu that night and wanted to keep it as a one night stand. The pair did have a great time and in the videos shared of them together, they were enjoying each other company. Apparently, to each their own, and Asuelu is not her type, so the pair are not in a serious relationship. Winter said that personally, she desires a more mature, authentic man and partnership and Asuelu is simply not that. She was also so upset and angry that her night with the Samoan went viral and thousands of fans were speaking about it on social media. Her exact words were: "I'm extremely vexed over the outcome of this situation".
The overwhelming number of fan comments on Asuelu and Winter show that they believe Winter is too good for him. Many people have been irritated by Asuelu's lack of support for his estranged wife Kalani. Asuelu sought to coerce Kalani into having more children, failed to provide enough assistance, and failed to defend Kalani from his wicked family. While Winter's mother, fan-favorite Karen Everett, has a brash demeanor, she has shown that she loves her family. Asuelu's mother, Lesina Pulaa, and sister, Tammy Acosta, on the other hand, are regarded brash and self-centered since they just desire money for themselves.
Despite the rumors of an affair, Asuelu, 27, is still thought to be legally married to his estranged wife, Kalani Faagata, 34. Oliver and Kennedy are the couple's two young children. Kalani moved to California last year but made no mention of Asuelu joining her and their boys. Kalani has been asked multiple times about the status of her relationship with Asuelu, but she has consistently avoided the topic.
In the comments section of an Instagram video from June 2022, Asuelu addressed up about his and Kalani's failed relationship and marriage. From the look of it, the former couple will never go back together again, but they will continue Co parenting their two sons.
