90 day fiancé: Hamza asks for a paternity test after being ruled to pay child support

A reliable American celebrity gossip magazine called "In Touch" exclusively reported that 90 Day Fiancé star Hamza Moknii requested a paternity test for his daughter, Kiori Love Moknii, during his divorce from Memphis Smith. According to court documents obtained by the magazine, Moknii, 27, requested a DNA test for their kid because she suspected Smith, 35, of "had sexual intercourse with her ex-husband" during their relationship and before flying to him, back when he was in Tunisia living with his mom.

Moknii was ordered to pay child support for Kiori, whom the couple welcomed in October 2021, confirming his paternity. Four days after his divorce was finalized on October 28, 2022, the young Tunisian man decided to take steps to determine whether or not he is the biological father.

Memphis filed for bankruptcy just one month later, according to In Touch magazine. She had no property to utilize as an asset, according to the voluntary bankruptcy file. In her chapter 7 bankruptcy documents, which were filed in November 2022, the TLC star stated that she did not have a monthly income. Her income was modified to $4,282.85 per month in an amended statement.

Memphis and Hamza first appeared in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5, which premiered in December 2021. The pair met and dated long-distance for eight months before the then-mother of two came to Tunisia for the first time to meet him in person. After marrying just weeks after meeting, the couple discovered Memphis was pregnant with their first kid - the nurse practitioner's third child. Hamza was happy back then that he was going to be a father, until later when he started to have some doubts about Memphis being pregnant before flying to him.

Memphis had given birth by the time the pair returned for the tell-all, which was taped in January 2022, and Hamza's CR-1 visa which enabled him to enter the United States as the husband of an American citizen  had been accepted.

Their happiness, however, was short-lived, as Memphis formally revealed her split from Hamza in April, following months of rumours. "Mothers who are breastfeeding or pumping their breasts!! It doesn't STOP because we work, it doesn't STOP so we can sleep, and it surely doesn't STOP so we can play!" she said in the caption of a social media post on April 28, 2022, adding the hashtag "single mom life."

After their divorce, the couple has been embroiled in a bitter custody battle for their daughter. In June 2022, the Tunisian native made the first reference of his estrangement from his daughter.

It is still unknown what's Hamza's current job right now after he moved to Chicago, or if he got his work visa or not. Based on his Instagram posts, it looks like he did some modeling gigs here and there for small businesses. As for his green card, it's gonna be so hard to get it right now after his divorce was finalized, so the Tunisian may need to hire an immigration lawyer to help him legalize his stay in the US sooner rather than later.
